Conference Details


The Conference Registration desk is located in the entrance of the Student Union Building. If you have not registered, please do so at the registration desk.

Event Admittance

Registration is required for All events, including the Rotary Day Project, House of Friendship, Meals and Forums.


Meal Events – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be in Ballroom A & B.
House of Friendship will be at Balcony & Ballroom C.
Hospitality Suites will be at Ballroom C
Forums will be various rooms, see the schedule.

Spouses and Guests

All registered spouses and guests are encouraged and invited to attend all events, forums and meals.


Dress for the conference is business casual at all events.

Meal Events

Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the stated Meal Event. Sessions will be called to order promptly. Early arrival is appreciated. All meal functions are ticketed events.

Seating at Meals

All events are open seating, with the exception of certain seats marked with name place cards.

Questions or Issues

We kindly ask that Cell Phones be off during the sessions, meal events, forums, and receptions. Our Rotary Sergeants-At-Arms are available to provide answers and guidance.

10:30 am – House of Friendship Opens

11:15 am – Forums 4, 5 & 6

12:30 pm – Lunch and Program (Sponsored by Niles Rotary Club)

2:15 pm – BREAK

2:15 pm – Forums 7, 8 & 9 and Campus Tour

3:15 pm – Forums 10, 11 & 12

4:00 pm – Hospitality Suites Opens

4:30 pm – Major Donors Reception [INVITATION ONLY]

6:45 pm – House of Friendship and Hospitality Suites Closes

7:00 pm – President’s Dinner and Evening Program
