Climbing Heights, E-Mobility for the Hills of India

Project Description:
• Deploy 25 electric 3-wheelers and 12 charge points in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh
• Work with local Auto-Union and Auto Owner/Operators
• Work with State government, Financial institutions, and Electric Utility
• Demonstrate Technical feasibility: Speed, Range, Gradeability and Stability
• Demonstrate subsidy-free business model for all participants in the eco-system
• Publicity Campaigns to overcome Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt in stakeholders
IMPACT
• Improve Livelihoods – from CND 10/day to CND 13/day for e-auto operator
• Improve Environment for all – Noise, Particulates, Greenhouse gases
• Improve Health and COVID immunity for operators and passengers
• Accelerate transition in Mandi town – 400 e-autos
• Accelerate transition across all Himalayan towns – 50,000 e-autos
• Trigger investment of up to CND 300 million
